Hi all. im Laurence, im a saggi,leo rising and moon in aries,the moon aspect has been a concern for me, i feel that it has been causing me problemns with love n relationships. im told the moon sign in our charts is linked with the subconcious
part of ourselves. aries is not comfortable here. moon is all about nurturing and emotions,but aries seems to be resistent to this and so i think that im subconciously blocking myself to recieving love,,does this make any sense to anyone,can anyone validate what im saying here and can anyone please advise me or elaborate on this major issue and help me gain some real clarity and understanding here and hopefully any creative ways in which i can negate this powerful influence from effecting my life.

Let me get to the point. I'll start off by saying you have a LOT of fire in your chart. Sagittarius, Leo, and Aries are all fire signs. This is a lot of creative energy.

Also, I can't be sure because I don't have a copy of your birthchart, but my guess is that your rising sign is in the house of Aries (everyone's is), your Sun is in the house of Leo (5th) and your Moon is in the house of Sagittarius (9th). This further magnifies that creative, dynamic fire energy in your life.

You are a leader and wish to be recognized as such. Even if you're not in a situation where you're directly responsible for the welfare of many others, you still are quite independent.

I'm a firm believer that we choose our birth charts. And it seems you've chosen to work with the archetypes of creativity, leadership, and independence in this lifetime.

I would suggest you embrace the idea that you are on earth to experiment with self-sufficiency, and personal willpower. Get rid of the idea that you're "blocking love". You're not, and the belief that you are will only create more blocks in your life.

You are here to experience yourself as a powerful, creative, wise and self-reliant human being. As such, your first step in removing any blocks to receiving love is to recognize your responsibility to CREATE love within yourself, for yourself.

Recognize your need for freedom and leadership, then honor it. With all that fire in your chart, you have an enormous capacity for honesty. So be honest with those who are close to you. Let them know up front about your need for freedom and leadership in a relationship. Surround yourself with people who appreciate your specialness and are willing to let you be WHO YOU ARE. Stop telling yourself you're blocking love because you can't be joined at the hip with others for long periods of time. Being "joined at the hip" will never work for you, because that's not what you're here for. Stop getting with people who need to be "joined at the hip" as proof of your love, because those types of relationships will always fail, and create resentment and frustration within you.

You are capable of great loyalty, love and honesty in a relationship. The paradox is that in order for (you and) others to experience the joy of your loyalty, love and honesty, they first have to give you LOTS of freedom, and let you take the lead!

So my 5 step plan to make peace with your Aries Moon is:
1) Let go of the idea that you are "blocking love"
2) Use your creative powers to give yourself the love you think you're blocking
3) Accept your valid need for freedom and leadership, and understand that traditional love and relationship roles are not gonna work for you.
4) Involve yourself with people who can accept your needs, and be honest with them
5) There is no step 5, it's just a nice number
