I encourage you to first get your Natal Chart done... use Jan's free "Chart Service!"

Then perhaps a way to help understand the choices before you would be to begin studying your chart with the use of well written Astrology Books.

Or perhaps an Astrological Consultation may be helpful.

My personal opinion only... Astrology will not answer specific questions about when or where something may or may not happen. But it will give you much insight as to how to make choices that are correct for you at this time in your life... and that will lead you down the road of happiness...
