Well, I've followed Jan Spiller's advice and kicked a few habits. :) I also see NMA as a kind of preventive mental health measure. I really have no idea how strong the influence of the moon is. Another thread on these boards includes a post by Aquamarine about wishology and wishing for internal and external changes which I found useful. I can report that it seems to me that all my wishes are coming true which I do find amazing.
I can't say that things are seemingly magically happening in my life but there have been some real coincidences and I m certainly living what I want now. Because I ve articulated what it is I want is certainly half the battle. One of my earliest wishes in Dec 2004 in Saggitarius was 'I wanted to easily find myself successfully exploring Berlin' which I did last summer with a friend - who organised a fantastic week long holiday there doing just the sorts of things I like doing. :D
A lot of wishes have been about work - linking with the right people, getting funding, changing some of my attitudes and so on. This has really happened. In some ways a very negative situation has transformed.
So here I am over a year later still using NMA and really wishing Id discovered it earlier!
