:) hi there i have a question, does it matter if your born in the southern hemisphere (new zealand) regarding node positions? Its just that my north node is apparantely capricorn but i relate more to the Sagitarian one? it only misses by a few days so i wonder if this is why? any experts out there?

Hi Giggie,
I was also born in the Southern Hemisphere and my full chart (which includes birth location etc) indicates my north node is Sag... this is supported in the charts provided by Jan in her Soul Astrology book ... I suspect the orientation of the moon's axis is the same wherever you are born on planet earth.
Your affinity to Sag may be that your North Node is in the 9th house or you may just have other Sag influences in your chart that you more easily and readily identify with at the moment.
Therefore I would suggest that Your North node is indeed Capricorn!
enjoy & take care
Craig

I recently picked up Jan's book on pre-natal eclipses and their influence. You may want to read that one and see if your solar or lunar pre-natal eclipses are in Sag. That may be why you relate to it.
