It seems that child perdators and child molestation are on the rise. I have a nephew, born Sept 20, 1977 who is going to trial this month for molesting his daughter age 5. It is tearing our family apart, some think he is guilty, and others wish he would plea bargin and get it over with.

Any thoughts, anyone?
