Nodes are reverse of my natal chart today.

HI there. I have so very much that I would love to discuss and learn. I'm going to try very hard to pace myself.

Today, according to the transit chart that I printed off this morning, my nodes are exactly reverse of my birth chart today. My Natal chart has my north node in 2nd house, in LIBRA. South node 8th house, in Aries. Now, I've just seriously begun studying Astrology more deeply in the past 6 months. I was deeply interested at least 4 years ago and started browsing through books that had a specific personality description for specific Birthdays. At that time I was fascinated but finally began to delve deeper recently. I have devoted much time to understanding the signs, aspects, houses, and planets. Some things are still beyond my understanding but I'm working on it.

My question is, I think I understand what my nodes placement at birth means (and it certainly seems to fit me), but what does it mean on a day like today when my transit chart (which I don't know how to use yet) says that the moons North node is in my eighth house (Aries) and South node is now in 2nd house (libra)? Any clarification would be wonderful. THANKS!
