nodes and compatibility?

Does anyone know the answer to this question?

In reference to Spllier's Astrology for the Soul book - how do you determine the compatibility of nodes between partners since your node is your life path and an integral part of your lifetime happiness? If I have my node is Scorpio in the 12th house of Pisces should I look for other individuals of the same nodes? Should I stay away from dating individuals who have their nodes in Taurus or Virgo since they are my opposite and need to embrace past life lessons I myself need to let go? If I am a Gemini, would it be beneficial to date someone with their node in Gemini since I could teach them some of the ways of their node? Does that mean that if I have a Scorpio or Pisces node I should date those signs because of the lessons they will have for me?

I work on Jan's support team & thought the following information may be helpful for you in the future.

On Jan's Website, we will hopefully (sometime next year) be announcing Jan's New Book ~ !!! It is all about Karmic Relationships or more specifically, the meanings of the Nodes in Composite Charts.

For example, what it means when a person's South Node is say... conjunct a planet in your Natal Chart. That is an immediate past life connection that Jan discusses in detail. She writes these scenarios for all the possible Planets, Signs, and House combinations, including Aspects to the Nodes in Composite Charts.

It is quite involved & Jan has been writing it daily for over the past 18 Months!

I can't say if you two are compatible, but there are a couple things I notice about your charts. First off, his Sun falls in your 2nd house, which indicates that this relationship will be one that causes you to consider your values, your financial condition and possessions, and/or your self esteem in a new way. This is neither good nor bad, but be prepared to work on those issues. The other thing is that your Saturn is conjunct his North Node. Once Jan Spiller's new book comes out you will be able to look up the exact meaning of this, but my guess is he will help give you a more meaningful understanding of self discipline as a component of your evolution, and perhaps a greator capacity to confront your fears. This fellow seems to be in this life to learn about emotional sensitivity with Sun in Pisces and North Node in Cancer, but with his Mars and Moon in Leo things may get a bit dramatic at times, which will annoy your own harmony-loving Moon in Taurus.
